By downloading, installing, or using the Spanish a Day mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

• Basic Spanish vocabulary across 10 categories
• Grammar lessons covering verb conjugation, noun gender, articles, and pronouns
• Audio pronunciation with native speaker recordings
• Personal progress tracking and favorites system
• Customizable learning preferences and settings

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and app data
• Using the App in accordance with these Terms
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Service

Spanish a Day may offer subscription-based premium features. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.

4.2 Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are charged through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods

4.3 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid charges. If you don't cancel, you will be charged the subscription fee when the trial ends.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio recordings, software, and learning materials, is owned by Spanish a Day or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License
